The Philips HF-P 1 95-120 TL5 is a fixed output high frequenct ballast for use with 1 x 95w or 120w flourescent lamps. This ballast has a flicker free warm start, electrode heating cut off, Low energy consumption and automatic stop circuit (stop start).
