Log in to your account and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Securely

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

Label and Ship

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
